I wasn't defensive at all, I asked you to provide me with links to these satan-riddled topics that you referenced...huge difference.

The point is, I've not seen anyone proseltyzing for Satan, but I've seen aborn and wiccawhatsherfuck yammering on and on in an uneducated fashion...it annoys me regardless of what faith the ignorant person practices. Discussing god/faith/what-have-you is fine, but bombarding people with it (though I'll grant this post wasn't too bad, aborn, hence why I said nothing) gets irksome, regardless of the faith you profess to follow. I'm pretty sure if I started every thread with some Norse anecdote about how the gods smile upon us all, it would irritate the shit out of people too. I don't think the issue is that aborn or anyone else is christian, but that she and others pepper a shitload of threads with anecdotes about her faith.

You know, That was a really pompous and bitchy thing to say. Do you REALLY know anyone here AT ALL? Probably not. Even self-proclaimed satanist on this forum have yet to start spouting off about it, and these are people that have been in this forum for quite some time. Personally, you have some growing up to do. And before you make little comments like the one above, think before you type.

It's been my experience that people who feel the need to interject "I am (goth, lesbian, pagan, Christian, bisexual)!" into every conversation, no matter how unrelated to that the current conversation might be, are either trying really hard to assuage their own fears that they might not be that thing very much at all, or have only recently discovered it about themselves and feel the need to repeat it over and over again to make it more real to themself. Either way, it shows insecurity.

Lions don't need to roar. *shrug* If you have to constantly tell people you're something, maybe you're not very legit -- because if you're truly living the lifestyle, it will be evident to those around you without you having to constantly point it out.

Well, for me, God is a part of every part of my life. (I try to include Him in everything anyway. Check out my ebay store.) I'll praise Him in the morning; I'll praise Him in the evening. God is good to me. If he wants me to spread His word, then who am I to not do it?!? I don't think that's asking too much. If you don't like it, don't read it. If you take the time to get to know me, you will learn that christians can be know by their love AND their preaching.

That is what angers me about this post. It wasn't unrelated at all. She posted it because two other threads had been started about being stranded on a desert island, it made sense, and was a harmless post. Not only did this post make sense, but it was not for Christians only. It was for ANYONE who prays, which could be for ANYONE on this forum who believes in ANY higher power.

Aborn... I would suggest not posting anything about christianity anymore on these forums. While you have the right to post whatever you want, it is clear that some people have a serious problem with Christianity, and don't want to hear your "PREACHINGS." You are going to be bashed for it every time you post it, so unless you are prepared for a good shit slinging, I would suggest not throwing your religion into every friggin' post you make.

No, I didn't and don't have a problem with Aborn's post. I had a problem with Kim's little "satan's cheerleaders" crack. I don't have a problem with ANYONE'S beliefs. I just want the same kind of respect in regards to mine.Also, if her beliefs are as strong as she says, then why should she stop posting them? Why should she care what others think?

It's called JOKING. I was replying to Jenn's post about satanic threads. I saw that the thread was getting stupidly serious and was trying to lighten the mood. Where the hell did I say anything about respect? Oh wait I said in regards to my beliefs. So my JOKING was being disrespectful? What Kim said was derogatory and didn't sound at all like joking.
