yay auction freak for the inches. thats awesome. i take my measurements about once a month casue sometimes when i am frustrated that the scale isnt moving, i know it may be that i am toning the muscle. since i started to diet, i have lost 6 inches off my bust (but the cup size hasnt changed, odd) 7 inches from the waist and 13 from the hips, as well as 4 from the calves, so even tho i have been stuck stuck at this damn 160 pounds for the last 3 weeks, i know that the inches are still dissapearing...
its hard but, we will all get to where we want to be, tho...lol i would stay away from the tacos and soda goth gryl, you know how really bad they are for you? i know sometimes we have to indulge but...man i dont even miss soda anymore, i used to be the girl who grabbed a coke on the way out the door in the morning and then had about 5 more throughout the day. i havent had a soda in about a year now. only water, and ocassionaly a diet soda or unsweet tea. it took a long time to get used to it cause i really never liked water, but i was definatly able to see how just cutting out soda helped..
