Given the other games, & the fact I was playing this on another msg. board, I thought it'd be fun to do this here. Here's how it goes...
1. The fist post lists a song title with the artist.
2. The next post gives the title of a different song, but with at least one word in common with the title of the song in the previous post. That is, I could say, "Don't Be Cruel" by Elvis. The next person could say, "Cruelty" by the Cruxshadows.
3. Only words from song titles are allowed to make the connection, not words from the names of the artists.
4. You cannot use articles (a, an, the, etc.) to make a connection.
5. You can make a connection between a simple word and the same word appearing in a compound word (such as "dead" and "deadhead").
6. You can make a connection between a simple word and a complex word by either adding or dropping a prefix or suffix, or pluralizing, etc. (such as "blood" and "bloody" or "woman" and "women")
7. You cannot make a connection between a simple word and a longer word that superficially contains the simple word ("for" and "fortitude").
8. You cannot make a connection between two words that are spelled the same or rhyme but have unrelated meanings ("your" and "you're").
9. You can reproduce exact song titles in subsequent posts, as long as the songs are by different artists (cover songs qualify if they were recorded and published). For example, Metallica's "One" is different than U2's "One" ... & you could use Die Krupps's cover of Metallica's "One".
