Ok gals, I need some honest input. Will try & keep it short. Woman buys a bra from me on eBay. Writes today to say she rec'd it, but because I had it wrapped in Black wrapping fairly tightly (the material can best be described as "garbage bag" material. I have a huge 100 Foot roll of it & have used it over the last 2 years - a lot for undergarments especially so no one can see in it) ANYWAY...She says because she had to cut into the package , because I had it packed tightly, she sliced the bra and apparently thinks its my fault. I dont personally think it is. I mean, I pack bras, undies, nighties even in this Black "garbage bag" styled material and Ive never had anyone say it was packed to where it damaged the item. So,,,,,,considering the bra was $.99- Should I go ahead & tell her I'll refund her or should I stand for saying it isn't my fault you cut it with your razor blade or scissors?? Just wanna hear from you girls before I send an Email. Thanks All. (Ugh, Always eBay!!!)

Yeah... their fault entirely.
Have they left feedback yet? Ebay buyers are mildly retarded in my experience. From a customer service standpoint, you would be awesome to give her back even a partial refund (of the whopping 99 cents, plus or minus shipping). However, if she is going to end up giving you a shitty feedback rating anyways, I wouldn't bother. The type of people who blame a seller for their mild retardation are the same types of people who leave great sellers shitty feedback because of their mild retardation.
Annnnd I'm probably going to Hell for saying "mild retardation" that many times in one post. It's late, and what can I say... Ebay brings out the worst in me.
I can't help but think of all the times I've bought stickers that were mailed in a normal envelope, or art prints, etc, and I thought to myself every single time... Man, that would suck if I cut it with the scissors when I opened it. Which is why I took great care in opening the items. Had I cut the items, I would have felt like an idiot. The last thing on my freakin' mind would be to blame the seller. lol People are crazy...

Thanks all. Made it a lot easier to write so this is my email Fwd:TheBlueMitten Hi there. We are truly sorry your item was slashed upon opening it. We'd like to point nearly every item is packed this way. Especially undergarments. For over 3 years Ive personally used this packing on TONS of items & never had an issue. So all I can do is apologize and I hope you will not leave bad feedback based on this since truly it is not our fault. TY kindly-TBMitten 02/06/2012 Freekyfallz@Yahoo.com So I haven't heard back from her and I will not refund her $$$ whatsoever. Thx Again All
