Hi, I'm kinda new to the site. I make all types of handcrafted leather bondage & S&M gear (collars, cuffs, whips, etc.) with a bit of goth flair.
My wife suggested that I put some of my stuff up for sale here. After checking out the auction site, however, I noticed that out of hundreds if not thousands of posted auctions (I looked at them all) only a small handful of items actually had bids placed on them.
So I'm just curious, does anyone actually get decent bids here, or, is it pretty much dead here?
I don't mean to be disrespectful to the site by any means, I'm just wondering if it's worth my time to post my stuff here.

Hi, Axlton...
I have been registered on this site since 2003 (gods has it been that long?) and rarely do I sell and even rarer do I buy.
I'm such a renegade. Labels (as in the faddy and trendy stuff that's popular) mean nothing to me, so I certainly won't bid on something strictly due to what company makes it.
I proudly shop yard sales and thrift shops and only sell, when I really need to get rid of something, or if I'm trying to raise money for an animal charity.
However...I do have a standing offer to ALL sellers on this site, I do a banner exchange (you might have seen the banner for my magazine on this site) on my magazine's website and I also offer ad space, for literal, pennies.
My magazine sees worldwide sales and exposure and it's surprising how far-reaching my little labor of love, is.
You're welcome to contact me at murgaine@gmail.com (I'm rarely on this site much any more, except to say, "hi" to everyone, as I've signed with a new publisher and working on my next book's release) to discuss how I can help you.
Good luck!
