I was thinking of doing a swap where we trade burnt CDs with a mix of our favorite tunes. Would we be allowed to do that? I think it would be a lot of fun! Would any of you guys be interested in it?

Unfortunately, this probably falls into copyright violation... Personally I don't care but as soon as we get a DMCA complaint we'll have to pull the auction.

Not sure of the legalities of it... The only time I'd have to pull it is if we got a complaint so...not saying to do it but if I get a complaint I have to treat it like any other and pull it... :\

I really like the idea. I would think it'd be alright since we're gdoing a swap instead of anyone trying to resell & make $$$$$ off the music and I doubt anyone would try to post such items on here or eBay....If U do the Swap, lemme know! I really like this one
