idiots I called paypal and talked to the manager! haha just wait till it happens to you lol don't say I didn't warn you!
Two people replied in this thread saying that they have filed disputes through Paypal on different auction sites other than Ebay...

I don't even have Paypal and I know you can file a dispute no matter what auction site you're on...

i suggest everyone just stop replying.. it's nothing but a bullshit ploy to argue with those that know she's full of shit.
paypal has not changed thier policy.

Perhaps your seller wasn't verified. That is the reason that PayPal usually refuses to refund a transaction. That aside, perhaps your disjointed ramblings are responsible, as I cannot imagine those poor PayPal people can understand what point you're actually trying to make.

Actually, I just bought over four thousand dollars worth of merchandise on eBay, thank you. No one on GO had the specific Fujitsu laptop or the high-powered gaming computer that I wanted here or on GA.
Incidentally, if you're paying for an eBay transaction and the eBay seller is unverified through PayPal, you don't qualify for protection in that situation, either. And while admittedly I don't buy much between here or GA, it is because there aren't a lot of things that I want on either site...yet, when I see an item that I want or could use, I bid. Why would I waste money in any arena on things I don't truly want or need? I don't spend just to look like some kind of spoiled bitch, I spend my money on things pertinent to my life and hobbies. I don't walk into actual stores and buy things that would be useless or undesirable to me, so why the hell would I do it online? It is funny that you're always going on about how much money you have to spend, yet you yourself have admitted to spending when you don't have soluble funds, so I guess that leaves one of us on top in the smart category, no?

Hey dumbass...a lot of businesses outside of eBay utilize PayPal, including retailers like Tiger Direct and ThinkGeek. If I buy from any seller who is a VERIFIED PAYPAL MEMBER, I get the same protections as I do purchasing on eBay. You're reading the part that specifically pertains to eBay items...please note that it doesn't say "only on eBay". I recently (within the last two weeks) had to file a claim to get a refund from a Velvet Garden transaction. Please note that Velvet Garden is in no way affiliated with eBay, and I was able to get a complete refund because the PayPal funds that I sent went to a verified PayPal member, thus protecting the transaction. No one would use PayPal if there weren't precautions to protect against fraud, mail loss, and generally shitty people.
